Materials All chemical substances that are used to build or manufacture an object are called material. Materials can be raw materials, manufactured materials or alloys. Each materials have their own set of properties which make them unique and suitable for something. Some materials may have the similar properties but rarely the same set of properties. Types of materials There exist many types of materials around the world but the most common main types amongst them are; wood, metal, plastic and stones. Wood/Lumber : comes from trees which are cut down into wood logs and sawn into different sizes. Metal : comes from minerials, normally in rocks, from which they are extracted. Most of them can be from in periodic tables. Plastic : plastic are waste products extracted from rough petrol. 1. Introduction Every students have there own level of study. Some of them does much efforts to pass the exams and others are not even interested. However in many cases, I noticed that a great number of students failing their exams after taking so much time to learn and revise. Reasons for these failure may be; lack of self-confidence, stress or sometimes because the subject is so bulky that they don't want to revise or they can't accomodate. 2. Reasons for failure Anyway, they are going to school and/or private tuition to learn everyday but according to me, the time taken to learn doesn't matter as long as you; • have a good tutor, • know how to learn and • what are the important points. Sometimes, it may be enough studying a subject at school and even a private tuition won't help to pass the exams. 1. What is creativity? Human's brain is divided in two parts, namely; the right and left brain. The right brain is normally attracted by everything that you can sense; musics, shapes, smells, temperature, tastes, etc... Whereas the left one is like a stock of data and knowledge gathered just like theories, statistics, mathematics, facts, numbers and words, dimensions, sizes and any kind of logical thinkings.
